The plain rules of the road for this site.
Last updated: August 2026.
By using this website you accept the terms that follow; if some part of it doesn't work for you, the simplest move is to stop browsing. Lehigh Acres Porta Potty can update these terms whenever it needs to, and continued use after that counts as agreement to the current version.
See this as a reference-and-quote-by-phone site for portable restrooms, handwashing stations and restroom trailers around Lehigh Acres. We're bound to nothing on these pages; our obligation begins when your booking is confirmed on the phone and not before.
Prices, sizes, open dates and turnaround times across the site — the calculator and comparison tool among them — are there to help you plan, nothing more. The final figure and service cadence come together on the call once you give the go-ahead.
We make the effort to keep these pages current, yet we can't promise every figure and detail is exact or complete, and any of it may shift without notice.
Everything you see here — the layout, the words, the logo, the photos — belongs to the operator or is used under license, and none of it may be duplicated or re-posted without written permission.
A handful of pages carry third-party features such as maps that run under their own providers' terms, and those services fall outside our control.
You use this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We give no warranty about it of any kind, whether expressed or implied, and that includes the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose.
As far as Florida law allows, neither Lehigh Acres Porta Potty nor its operator answers for indirect, incidental or consequential damages linked to using, or being unable to use, this website. That does nothing to the terms of a rental you've genuinely booked.
These terms fall under the laws of the State of Florida, its conflict-of-laws rules aside, and any dispute over this website is heard in the state or federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
If any of it needs clearing up, call (239) 688-3858, or use 125 Gretchen Ave S, Lehigh Acres, FL 33973 as a reference.
Consider what follows an overview for readers, not counsel from an attorney. Business on this website is carried out under the Lehigh Acres Porta Potty trade name.
One call locks in the drop, the service and the pickup across Lehigh Acres and the surrounding Florida area.
